MIRARI

With H.A.V. (2022), Philippe Gordiani opened a cycle dedicated to verbal auditory hallucinations. With MIRARI — the Latin verb that gave us « mirage » and « mirror » — he continues this journey, at the borders of the real and the imaginary for this new creation under headsets.
Here, everything begins with the simple listening of the moment, through the resonance of the sound world around us. Then, almost imperceptibly, this reality slips, doubles, diffracts. It becomes a mirage, a moving reflection in the mirror of our listening. Little by little, the experience carries us into a hypnotic crossing, a sonic introspection that detaches us from the real to plunge us into the invisible.
