With H.A.V. (2022), Philippe Gordiani opened a series dedicated to auditory verbal hallucinations. With MIRARI — the Latin verb that gave rise to "mirage" and "mirror" — he continues this path, at the borders of the real and the imaginary for this new creation under headphones.
Here, everything begins with the simple listening of the moment, through the resonance of the sound world around us. Then, almost imperceptibly, this reality slips, doubles, diffracts. It becomes a mirage, a shifting reflection in the mirror of our listening. Gradually, the experience carries us into a hypnotic journey, a sonic introspection that detaches us from the real to plunge us into the invisible.
