Songlines

Intrigued by Australian Aboriginal cosmogonies, where dreaming is at the origin of the world, two artists from Europe set out in quest of an organization founded on dreams.

To live temporarily, together, in the space-time of the stage, paying attention to signs, improvisation, listening... experiencing the primacy of the dream.

Through sound, the body, and the voice, acting as both receivers and transmitters, they probe resonances, vibrations, variations, or repercussions.

At the crossroads of music, movement, voice, and space, the performance unfolds a plurality of sensory dimensions.

From acoustic to electronic, the music summons underground spaces, parallel worlds, fragments of oral memory, and territories of the unconscious. At times rumbling, pulsed, sensitive, or dreamlike, it accompanies an exploration where the dream becomes the material to make a world.
