With WAL, drummer and composer Eric Bentz explores an abstract, almost anti-rhythmic, highly percussive music, combining in a single gesture electroacoustic sounds, free improvisational bursts, and deconstructed club music.
For this project and during this residency at Césaré, he collaborated with composer and drummer Anthony Laguerre.

Eric Bentz is also known for projects such as the duo Institutrice, Musique Fonctionnelle, member of Colonie de Vacances and, for older audiences, as founder of Electric Electric.
